You can’t remove people from groups without the admin tag.
Make sure you are the admin of the group. Open a group chat you want to remove a person from. Each message bubble will show an unlock icon. The send icon will be gray with an open lock after you type a message. Insecure MMS groups will indicate SMS contact under a non-Signal contact. An insecure MMS group has a size limit of 10. Costs and fees are determined by your mobile plan. Message are sent through your cellular provider. A member may need to accept the message request or invitation before they can message in the group. The group will immediately appear in your chat list and the chat list for group members. On Android, If you do not see this option, it is an insecure MMS group.
